In order to provide the best possible customer services coverage, CAF boasts an External Services Department whose sole purpose is to provide services to support the supply activity.
The External Services department was first set up with the main task of providing the warranty service.
This department now primarily focuses on maintenance services in spite of the fact that the External Services department has also developed new business lines, such as the supply of Equipment for Refurbishment and Maintenance Workshops.
The extensive number of contracts awarded over the last few years has lead to the expansion of this Department both nationally and internationally, doubling both the related turnover and human resources.
